Ahh, I really love this song. I can sort of sympathise with it. Sort of. XD Irony-chan is cute too, though her hair tortured me a little bit regarding structure. If you watch the PV, you'd probably figure out why. Probably. >U<
Hmm, I'm still debating about the title of this picture. I was thinking of calling it 'Irony-Chan' (that's the name of the character, btw) or just 'Irony, is it?', but I didn't feel that they really fit (especially the latter). So I just went with the original title of the song.
Then, nearing the end of writing this description, a better title suddenly hit me, and now it has changed. XD
This picture, honestly, took me WAY long than it was supposed to. Mainly because I got stuck on the background. As usual. -_-
Ohh, I also tried a(nother) new colouring technique on this one too. I used a setting that imitated COPIC markers (if you know what that is), and I'm pretty happy with the result~
The only problem was that if I had added a non-white background, since I didn't have use solid 'flat colours', the background colour would show through. Though i fixed that, in the end I didn't really even need it for the most part. >_>
Okk, back to reading manga, sketching food and studying for me~

Overall Vision
Originality Technique ImpactThe vision is perfect, it really portrays the feelings of the song. I applaud you good sir. Originality, obviously, because the character came from the video, is going to be a little lower, but I like the way you drew her. The use of pastel and shading is really classy. Keep it up. As for Technique the only thing I might have you change is the shape of her legs, they just don't look quite right to me, especially around the shoes and socks. As for Impact, A ++, it really got me. So much so I immediately looked up the video and read the lyrics. Please Keep Drawing this is really fantastic.
